Terms of Service

1. System Access Agreement

By utilizing the RoboHumanist Academy website, engaging with the CADE Loss Calculator, downloading our Audio Protocols, booking a Robohumanist™ Reboot session, or participating in our Telegram Community and interacting with the AION AI Assistant, you are entering into a binding legal agreement. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these protocols, terminate your connection and cease use of our services immediately.

2. Performance Optimization Only

RoboHumanist Academy provides tools for habit reinforcement, performance optimization, and focus engineering. We are not medical doctors, licensed therapists, or clinical psychologists.

All software applications, audio protocols, AI assistant outputs, and frameworks within the RoboHumanist ecosystem are educational in nature and engineered to help high-performers manage digital distractions, difficult emotional states, and enter flow states. These tools are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure clinical ADHD, addictions, or mental health disorders.

3. Community & AI Protocol (AION)

Access to the RoboHumanist Telegram Community provides interaction with other high-performers and our custom AI Assistant, "AION". By joining this node, you agree to the following operational parameters:

• AI Nature: AION is an artificial intelligence language model, not a human. Its outputs are probabilistically generated and should not be taken as absolute fact, medical advice, or professional counsel.
• No Exploit Attempts: "Jailbreaking," spamming, or intentionally trying to break the AION system architecture is strictly prohibited.
• Community Integrity: Predatory behavior, solicitation, or harassment of other members in the Telegram node will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the entire ecosystem.

4. Financial Transactions & Refunds

All financial transactions are securely handled by our authorized third-party payment processors, which may include Stripe, Revolut, and Wise. We do not store full credit card numbers or raw payment details on our local servers.

5. Intellectual Property & License

The entire RoboHumanist digital ecosystem—including all software architecture, the AION AI persona, in-app mechanics, audio/visual assets, and proprietary frameworks—is the exclusive intellectual property of RoboHumanist Academy.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast these protocols without express written authorization from the System Administrator.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." While we engineer these protocols for maximum effectiveness, we do not guarantee specific financial, social, or psychological outcomes. Individual results depend entirely on the "Player's" (user's) commitment to implementation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboHumanist Academy and its administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our digital tools, the AION AI Assistant, or the Telegram community, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.

8. Jurisdiction & Termination

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RoboHumanist Academy is registered. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Academy's digital assets (including community groups) immediately if you are found to be in violation of our intellectual property rights or engaged in predatory behavior.
