Privacy Policy

1. System Philosophy

RoboHumanist Academy is built on the belief that your attention is your most valuable asset. We are fundamentally opposed to the algorithmic exploitation of human psychology. Your data is your property. We do not sell your personal information, calculator results, or biometric focus data to third-party brokers. Ever.

2. Data Packets Collected

  • >> Provided Intel & System Telemetry: When you unlock access to the RoboHumanist Digital Ecosystem (including all current and future calculators, timers, audio protocols, and in-app tools), we collect your contact credentials. We may also track anonymized usage telemetry (e.g., session durations, completion rates) to power your performance dashboard and optimize system architecture.
  • >> Diagnostic Data: If you apply for a Robohumanist™ Reboot, we collect information regarding your current performance bottlenecks and habit patterns to prepare your custom performance patch.
  • >> Transactional Data: All payments are handled by industry-standard encrypted processors (Stripe). We do not see or store your raw credit card numbers on our local infrastructure.

3. Operational Usage

Information is utilized exclusively for system optimization purposes:

  • Delivery of Anti-CADE Audio Files.
  • Personalized CADE Loss Report generation.
  • Scheduling and execution of Reboot Diagnostic calls.
  • Weekly habit reinforcement and "System Maintenance" emails.

4. External Nodes & Processors

To maintain 99.9% uptime and deliver hyper-personalized coaching, we utilize highly secure external nodes. Your data may be processed by:

  • Netlify & Google Cloud: Secure infrastructure and CRM hosting.
  • Stripe: Encrypted financial transactions.
  • MailerLite: Email transmission and communication routing.
  • n8n & Groq (AI Processing): We use secure, stateless AI agents to process diagnostic data and generate performance patches. Crucially, your data is completely opted-out of AI model training (Zero Data Retention enabled).

5. Data Expiration & Purge Cycles

We do not hoard digital baggage. Data is subjected to automated purge cycles based on its operational utility:

  • Diagnostic/Coaching Data: Vulnerable session context is permanently wiped from our active systems 1 year after our engagement concludes. Ephemeral AI processing logs are vaporized within 7 days.
  • Email/Newsletter Intel: If a subscriber remains entirely inactive (no opens/clicks) for 24 consecutive months, their file is automatically purged from the active comms network.
  • Administrative/Financial Data: Basic CRM profiles and payment histories are retained strictly for 10 years to comply with international tax and corporate legal mandates.

6. User Overrides (Rights)

You retain full administrative rights over your data. You may opt-out of system updates at any time via the "Terminate" (Unsubscribe) link in our communications.

To request a total "System Wipe" (permanent data deletion), contact our lead administrator at ondra@robohumanist.com. We will execute the deletion across all databases within 72 hours.

7. Global Rights Extension

Regardless of whether you are governed by GDPR (EU) or CCPA (California), we extend radical transparency and data ownership rights to all members of the Academy globally. You have the right to access, portability, and "The Right to be Forgotten" as part of our core mission.
