THE CLIMB
Push the boulder. Do not stop.
> FLOW STATE TIMER
Push the boulder. Do not stop.
Avoidance = High Friction Loop.
Engagement = The Only Way Out.
Commit to the struggle.
This is not a Pomodoro timer. Standard timers ignore biology. This system engineers it.
The RoboHumanist OS creates a container for Deep Work by guiding your brain through the specific neurochemical sequence required to trigger Flow State.
Select a protocol length. The system adapts the phases automatically.
Push the boulder. Struggle is the goal. Load the RAM. Do not quit when it feels hard.
The "Fork in the Road"
Deep work. Effortless execution. If you hit a snag, use the "Reset" button for a 15s micro-break pattern interrupt.
If doing 2.5H: Close loops and stop.
If doing 4.5H: Recover, Bridge, and go again.
Flow is an optimal state of consciousness where we feel our best and perform our best. You might know it as being "in the zone."
The Mechanism: Technically, it is a state of "Transient Hypofrontality." The prefrontal cortex (your inner critic/worry center) temporarily deactivates. This allows you to process information without self-judgment or hesitation.
Most high-performers fail because they treat Flow State like a light switch. In the RoboHumanist OS, Flow is a Biological Cycle. You cannot force the peak without respecting the climb.
The moment you want to quit is usually the moment right before the state shift. We call this The Gap. Your brain screams to reduce friction (check phone, get snack).
The OS is designed to force you through The Gap. Stay in the strain.
Humans have a "Basic Rest-Activity Cycle" (BRAC) that runs approximately every 90 minutes. This is why our Flow blocks are capped at 90m.
Pushing beyond 90 minutes of intense focus yields diminishing returns and increases cognitive "residue".
